RPM software from AvinoHealth delivers remote monitoring equipment such as blood pressure cuffs, digital weight scales, thermometers, and blood glucose monitors to high-risk patients. The gadgets don’t need to be set up and automatically collect physiological data before securely sending it to doctors. AvinoHealth software performs outreach by SMS, no app needed, as a member of a physician practice to create a more seamless enrollment in an RPM program for qualified beneficiaries.
